Text-Only Web Content
To further assist people who are visually impaired, we now provide text-only versions of the pages on our site. LIFT Text Transcoder software created by UsableNet translates our graphical Web pages into fully functioning pages without graphics or layout tables.
To use LIFT:
- Go to the LIFT version of the Foundation Center's home page. A text-only page will appear.
- To make the font size larger or smaller, go to the "Transcoder Parameters" section at the bottom of the page and activate the link of your choice immediately following the text that says, "Change the font size."
- To change the text and background color scheme, go to the "Transcoder Parameters" section and activate the link of your choice immediately following the text that says, "Other available modes."
- To show hyperlinks as square buttons, go to the "Transcoder Parameters" section and activate the "buttons" link in the text that says, "Show textual links as buttons."
- To move navigation bars to the bottom of a page, go to the "Transcoder Parameters" section and activate the "navbars to the bottom" link.
