Presenter: Sandra Bethea, President/CEO, Strategic Impact Consulting Group, LLC

Sandra Bethea is a results-driven and community-focused consultant for nonprofits, foundations, government agencies, and businesses in the areas of program development and implementation, project management, strategic planning, outcomes and evaluation, community development planning, contract management, and resource development.

Sandra developed her experience as an evaluation and outcomes manager for First 5 San Bernardino (CA), where she managed contracts covering a variety of program objectives and ranging in size from $25,000 to $3,000,000. Her accomplishments included converting an activity-based funding model to an outcomes-based funding model for the county, successfully managing the development and implementation of a web-based data system for tracking program and client outcomes, and fostering collaborative, supportive, and effective relationships with funded agencies and community partners.

Prior to her work with First 5, Sandra was a health educator for Inland Agency, a community-based human services organization in California, for six years. She managed grant funding, outreach, and reporting for organizations working in the field of women’s health and developed culturally-appropriate educational health materials and a curriculum targeting minority women.

Sandra holds bachelor's degrees in psychology and human development and has earned a variety of certificates in evaluation and outcomes funding and management. She volunteers with several area organizations, including Life Church and the American Cancer Society.
