Revise, Revamp, Rejuvenate: Ways to Survive the RecessionAtlantaIs your organization considering collaboration as an approach to coping with a tough economy? This event is a special Foundation Center-Atlanta 15th Anniversary program.
Free Join us for a lively, interactive discussion about the options facing nonprofit organizations in these tough economic times. We will explore the advantages and disadvantages of collaborating with other nonprofits and different types of outside organizations, and provide information and tools to gauge when it makes sense (or not) to engage in partnerships, strategic alliances, and mergers. We’ll give you the scoop on what you need to know to make an informed decision, and how to arrive at that determination inside your own organization before moving ahead to talk with other groups about potential collaborations. This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity if you are considering any of these options, or think you might need to consider these options in the future.
