If You're Having Trouble

1. I am unable to join the meeting using the link provided.
   First of all, make sure that the link isn't broken in your e-mail and that you are copying/pasting the entire link into your browser address bar. In addition, check to make sure you don't have pop-ups blocked in your browser. Also, if you're using Firefox try Internet Explorer, or vice versa. Sometimes the software will work in one browser (depending on how your computer is configured) but not the other.
   Also, remember you can't access the meeting until 30 minutes before the start time.
   If you're within the 30-minute window, then follow these steps:
   1. Copy this address and paste it into your web browser:
      https://www.livemeeting.com/cc/foundationcenter/join

   4. Location:

   5. If you still cannot enter the meeting, contact support.
2. I am unable to install Microsoft Office Live Meeting.
   1. Select the second option to use "Web Access/Web-only Console" when joining the meeting. Note that you need the latest free Java update and you must allow pop-ups.
   2. For the audio portion of the webinar, call in to the teleconference:

3. I am in the meeting but I can’t hear you.
   1. Make sure you downloaded/installed Microsoft Office Live Meeting Client (computer audio does not work with the Web-only console).
   2. Make sure your speakers are on and not muted.
   3. Click Voice & Video, and then click Join Audio.
   4. If all of the above fails, then call in to the teleconference for the audio:
