Proposal Guidelines

The Birmingham Foundation now only accepts proposals through our new online grant application system. The letter of intent and grant application forms will walk you through the process. You will be able to copy and paste information into the forms and/or upload documents from your computer. You will have the ability to save the letter of intent or application to complete at a later time if not all information is available.

In general, you will be asked for a project description, project outcomes and evaluation plan, project budget, 501 ©(3) status, list of board members, annual budget and other supporting information and documents.
