Limitations
The Foundation has declared the following limitations with respect to its grantmaking program.

• Grants are limited to organizations which qualify as public charity for 501(c)(3) tax exemption.
• Grants are not normally made for operating budgets, deficits, fundraising, sectarian religious activies, or for the efforts to influence legislation, running campaigns, general research, scholarships, political campaigns, or loans.
  
• Grants are not made to individuals, to other private foundations, unless grant-related.
  
• Grants are awarded for a limited period of time, such as 1 to 3 years.
  
• Most grant awards will be in the range of $2,500 to $50,000.
