
Established in 1979, the James H. Hall Eye Center is committed to the detection and prevention of blindness in newborns and children. Our goal is to preserve vision, restore sight and enable children to live productive lives. The Center is a tax-exempt private foundation under sections 501(c)3 and 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.
