All application materials and attachments should be printed single-sided on 8 ½ x 11” white paper, using a 12-point font (Times or similar).
Applications should not be placed in binders or folders; one paper clip in the upper-left hand corner, securing all pages, is sufficient.
Applications must be submitted unfolded in a large envelope.
Applications must be received on or by May 22, 2009.
