Unsolicited requests for support are not considered. Invited applicants should submit proposals to:

The proposal narrative should be no more than six pages and include:

• organization background and history
• proposed grant activities, including timeframe
• a description of how success will be measured

Proposals should also include the following as attachments:

• a budget for proposed grant activities for all years covered in the proposal
• a budget for the organization for all years covered in the proposal
• a list of major corporate and foundation donors
• the organization's most recent audited financial statements
• biographies of key staff members
• a list of the organization's board of directors
• the organization's 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter

All application materials may be emailed to grants@prospect-hill.org. Alternatively, a hard copy of the full application may be submitted. We request that you email the narrative portion of the application if choosing to send a hard copy.
