APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Unsolicited requests for support are not normally considered. Invited applicants may submit proposals to:

The proposal narrative should be no more than six pages and include:

  • organization background and history
  • proposed grant activities, including timeframe
  • a description of how success will be measured

Proposals should also include the following as attachments:

  • a budget for proposed grant activities for all years covered in the proposal
  • a budget for the organization for all years covered in the proposal
  • a list of major corporate and foundation donors
  • the organization's most recent audited financial statements
  • biographies of key staff members
  • a list of the organization's board of directors
  • the organization's 501(c)(3) IRS determination letter

A hard copy of the full application, containing all the elements listed should be provided. In addition, the narrative portion of the application should be emailed to grants@prospect-hill.org.
