With Foundation Center online databases updated weekly, sending electronic grants lists is the best way to communicate information on your most current grants to thousands of Web users.

Simply send an Excel file as an e-mail attachment to kmn@foundationcenter.org that includes as many fields as you have available that correspond to those listed in our electronic grant reporting standard.

Several commercial software vendors also have made it very easy to create e-grant lists that use our e-grant reporting standard. MicroEdge has included the Center's report as a standard option in the report library of its GIFTS and Essential GIFTS products. The GIFTS instructions show how easily you can create an e-grant report using their software. MicroEdge has also incorporated our report as a standard option within its Foundation Information Management System (FIMS) software. The FIMS instructions show you how to create an electronic grant report using their software.
