The Foundation Center continues to track and record the charitable donations and the perspectives of the people and events that shaped philanthropy's response to Hurricane Katrina.
We are grateful to The Annie E. Casey Foundation, Ford Foundation, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, Starbucks Foundation, Citigroup Foundation, Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, and Northrop Grumman Corporation, which have provided funding for this project. Additional grant support will enable us to assist hurricane-affected nonprofits by providing convenient, free access to our information on grantmakers and their giving as well as intensive, customized training and assistance in grantseeking, and will help fund our continuing research and news coverage on the philanthropic response for a broad audience.
