The Up Side of Downs of Northeast Ohio provides support, education and advocacy for people with Down syndrome, their families, and communities. Our programs are based on the belief that all people with Down syndrome should be accepted, included, and empowered. The Up Side of Downs envisions a community where people with Down syndrome have limitless opportunities and the ability to pursue their dreams.

We are seeking an Executive Director to provide leadership and oversee the implementation of our recently created Strategic Plan, including programming and operational goals. Qualified candidates will have a successful track record in staff management, fundraising, and Board development. Self-initiative, ability to direct multiple projects, results-driven financial management, effective interpersonal and team communication skills required. Prior work experience in a non-profit organization preferred. Knowledge of special needs community is a plus.
