Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis Seeks Letters of Inquiry From Nonprofits for Community Grants
Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis is a charitable women's giving circle dedicated to awarding high-impact grants to local nonprofits.
Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis will be seeking letters of inquiry from nonprofit organizations for a $100,000 grant to fund a specific project or program that will run for a year or two and has the potential to make a significant impact in the greater Indianapolis area. The organization seeks to fund critical needs, new ventures, and innovative ways to solve social problems and to create a more civil and respectful climate in the Indianapolis community. Proposals should be submitted in one of five interest areas: Arts and Culture, Education, Environment, Family, and Health and Wellness.
Applicant organizations must be 501(c)(3) nonprofits or 509(a) public charities. Applicant organizations' seat of operation must be based in Marion, Hamilton, Hancock, Shelby, Johnson, Morgan, Hendricks, or Boone counties in Indiana or a recognized local chapter of a state or national nonprofit serving this region. The project must be a new program, expansion of an existing program, or may be a joint effort of several agencies.
The online link to submit a letter of inquiry will open on December 5, 2009, and close on January 15, 2010.
