October is Funding for Arts month at the Foundation Center, and in honor of the occasion we've updated our collection of annotated links to some of the best arts-related resources on the Web.

This isn't the last word on the subject — in fact, we hope you'll join us in making the Web version of this guide as comprehensive and up-to-date as possible.
