IRS is looking hard at compensation and benefit levels for nonprofit executives and the revised Form 990 requires a change in the way the compensation process is documented and reported. This session will cover what's different in the reporting requirements for 2008 and what all board members should know about what IRS wants you to use to determine pay levels.
