Lending Program
Complete and sign a Borrower Registration Form and provide a valid photo ID as well as a phone number and/or e-mail address.
Agree to assume full responsibility for item(s) borrowed; agree to return items by their due dates(s) and in the same condition.
Up to two circulating items may be borrowed for two weeks and should be returned by 5:00 pm on the due date.
Items not returned by their due date will be considered overdue.
Renewals or reserves are unavailable at this time.
Foundation Center staff will notify borrowers by phone or e-mail when items are overdue.
If an item is damaged, lost, or not returned, the borrower is responsible for the cost of the item(s). The library will submit an invoice to the borrower for the full replacement cost, plus a $10 handling fee.
Borrowers who fail to return items will be denied future borrowing privileges.
